Is there a minimum contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts are required. Most of our services are offered on a project basis or a monthly agreement with a simple 30-day cancellation policy.

Where are you located?

The Hazel Group is based in the Midwest, but we serve clients virtually across the United States.

Do you work with businesses outside of your region?

Yes, we’re fully remote and work with clients in all 50 states. Whether you’re in a major metro area or a small town, we can support your business seamlessly.

How do virtual services work?

We use secure platforms like Google Meet, QuickBooks Online, and other cloud-based tools to collaborate and communicate. Everything we do is designed for flexibility and ease with no in-person meetings required.

Can we still work together if I’m not tech-savvy?

Definitely, we walk you through every step and make things as simple as possible. Our goal is to take work off your plate, not add to it.
