The Hazel Group is a boutique, partner-led firm offering Accounting, Bookkeeping, Fractional CFO (Chief Financial Officer), People Operations, Human Resources and Fractional CPO (Chief People Officer) services to small and mid-sized businesses. Based in the Midwest and serving clients virtually across all 50 states, we bring over 40 years of combined leadership experience in Accounting and Human Resources. Our founders hold advanced business degrees, an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and a Master’s in Human Resource Development, and have led finance and people functions across industries including real estate, banking, law firms, eCommerce, tech consultancies, and ad agencies.
