I'm Diana Krieter, SHRM-CP, a strategic HR leader with a Master's in Human Resource Development, a background spanning tech, pharma, eCommerce, and professional services, and a genuine passion for building workplaces where people and businesses grow together.
I built The Hazel Group for founders, executives, and growing teams who need experienced, hands-on HR leadership without the overhead of a full-time hire.
